A：保定担当（犬の右側）…背中側は壁 or 自分の体でふさぎ、後退スペースをなくす。
B：点耳担当（頭側やや前方）右利きなら右耳→左耳の順がやりやすい。正面に顔は置かない。
合図は短く統一し、流れを固定。写真は後から挿入OK（本文構造はこのままで大丈夫）。
所要時間：準備30秒＋片耳60〜90秒。

準備（30秒）

低い場所＋滑り止めマット、タオル2枚、エリザベスカラー
処方の洗浄液と点耳薬、コットン/ガーゼ、オヤツ
薬は室温に。ノズルは清潔に（先端は触れない）。

手順（1耳60〜90秒：A保定 → B点耳）

Aの保定：
①タオルで視界を半分カバーし肩を抱く（落ち着かせる）。
②エリカラ装着。
③左右前足をそろえ、中指を2足の間に入れて“束”で保持（手が抜けない形）。
④前腕でお腹と骨盤を抱え、自分（または壁）に密着。
⑤耳介を出す：エリカラのスナップ隙間から指を入れ、耳介根部を上外方へ軽く引き耳道をまっすぐに。
Bの点耳：
①洗浄指示がある場合は先に実施。入口へ洗浄液→耳基部を30〜60秒モミモミ→頭振り→入口だけ拭く（綿棒を奥に入れない）。
②点耳：ノズルは入口に軽く触れる程度で壁に当てない。規定滴数を静かに入れる（手はエリカラ縁で支点）。
③すぐに耳基部を30〜60秒やさしく揉み、薬を全体へ。
④飛散はタオルで頭をゆるく覆って防止。反対側も同様→ご褒美。

「噛まれない」ためのコツ

正面に顔を置かない（AもBも耳の後ろ側から）。
流れは保定→耳介を出す→点耳→揉むを崩さない。
動いたら一度ゼロに戻る（握り直し・姿勢を作り直し）。
危険時はソフトマズル短時間、または院内長時間製剤（例：オスルニア）へ切替を検討。

暴れて入らない → 視界カバーを厚めに、ブリトー巻きをやや強めに、合図は短く。

点耳・洗浄の回数／期間は処方どおりに。自己判断での早期中止は再発の原因です。

初回治療から7〜14日で再チェック（耳鏡＋細胞診で炎症・菌の残存を確認）。

中止して受診：強い痛み／悪臭や膿／急な頭の傾き・ふらつき。点耳を極端に嫌がる子は院内投与や長時間製剤へ。

Procedure (per ear 60–90 sec: A restrains → B instills)

A: Restraint:
① Cover half the vision with a towel and hug shoulders (calm the dog).
② Put on the e-collar.
③ Align both forepaws; place your middle finger between the paws and hold as one bundle (prevents hands coming out).
④ With your forearm, hug abdomen/pelvis and keep the body gently against you or the wall.
⑤ Expose the pinna: through the e-collar snap gap, pull the pinna root slightly up-out to straighten the canal.
B: Instillation:

Keep faces out of front (both A and B work from behind the ear).
Do not break the sequence: Restrain → Expose pinna → Drop → Massage.
